Wall Street Moves Mixed, S & P Approach Record High
Learn Stocks : U.S. stocks ended with losses limited, with the S & P stalled by a couple of points from a record closing price highs, as easing worries over Europe's debt problems. "The situation in Cyprus is relatively unique, I do not think that they will try to replicate it again," said Robert Pavlik, chief market strategist at Banyan Partners, about the controversial tax on bank depositors, which is part of the bailout deal Cyprus with international lenders. "Europe has a problem, though most have been taken into account" in the U.S. stock market, he added.
