Verdant, European stocks Focus on Cyprus
Learn Stocks : European stock markets opened today after the Easter holiday until Monday. The movement of the majority of the major indices is quite good but investors consistently monitor the development of financial markets Cypriot state. The stock market will be open for the first time since the bailout proposal was approved by the European Union.
According to the Wall Street Journal, the international creditors had provided an additional one year for Cyprus to meet its deficit targets. The Stoxx Europe 600 Index of shares rose 0.3% to the observed level of 294.82. FTSE 100 gained 0.3% to 6,433.83 and France's CAC 40 was also successfully achieved 0.3% to roost at 3,744.75. The German DAX 30 index of essential rose 0.4%, at 7,826.28.
